I said yes to every client even when they weren't a good fit. I worked around the clock and still couldn't pay my bills. I was burnt out, broke, and ready to quit. But then I brought my 20+ years of corporate sales experience into my doula practice.
I stopped apologizing for my prices. I learned how to have confident consults. I built systems that worked for me, not against me. Within a year, I was charging $2,500+ per client, fully booked 3 months out, and making six figures as a doula.
